It was sort of oily and dark, a recipe far from original Mediterranean, Arabic style that I was looking for. The rice should have been better if it was warmer. And the serving pot was wear out, not healthy in my opinion. On the positive side the view from the restaurant on the country side was pretty amusing. ”
